Post Construction

Owner's Manual

We document the entire building process through digital photography and deliver a warranty binder to the client at project completion. The Owner's Manual / Warranty Binder contains names and numbers of subcontractors, information on finishes, installed products and systems, and maintenance procedures. This “manual” informs the homeowners about the materials and systems installed in the home so that they have easy access to use of their new appliances and operating systems.

Small jobs

IRH will be your contractor for life - if you need a gate repaired, batteries changed in your smoke detector or a bathroom remodel, we can take care of you and continue to service your needs for years to come.

Maintenance

IRH will work with you and/or recommend one of our subcontractors to keep your investment looking good and working well.
